It definitely takes getting used to, but it does help new enhancement shammies if you work with it. I use it as a reference when I'm rusty but don't follow it as gospel. Like the article said, you don't need the mod to tell you when to use SW, or if you should Fire Nova instead of LL when it's up and you're surrounded by trash. Practice with it enough and eventually you'll need it less and less till you can just turn off the priority frame.
