Read through the rest of the comments and you'll notice almost everyone "likes the change because it's fairer for all". The only ones complaining are those who had the means to farm it, or were suckering others into multiple tries (ie, do your 5 tries with one group, drop group and find four more, despite that you cannot summon - you just leach four more attempts robbing them of the chance to get the five you had).

TLDR: Everyone who's commented positively has said it's because it is fair to all. All those who are "buhu"-ing about the change comment on how they can't farm it anymore.
