Plushies are now available in the Blizzard Store

That being said, we thought we'd point out that the plushies are currently available in the Blizzard Store. There's no word on what the availability is going to be like, so I highly recommend that you trot over immediately and pick up your new best friend. However, the site does say they're only available or a limited time. So really, hurry.
Don't worry about us -- we've placed our order. I certainly wasn't sitting here spamming Refresh while I waited for them to become available. Nope, not at all.

might note it's at $24.99 EACH. guessing that's $15 for the plush (see http://us.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=1100000633) and $10 for the in-game pet.
(note: i do not support thread hijacking but i felt this was relevant to people wanting information and thus i am not making a comment on the second page)

There is a player on my server (US-Rexxar) who is offering
5000 gold if you buy either pet but give him the in-game code.
Hmmm.... US $25 for 5K gold? Worse deal than a gold farmer, but zero chance of being hacked. If I buy both, I can almost afford a Battered Hilt.And my kids get to play with the plushies. I told him I'd think about it.
Opinions?

Since you asked for opinions, I would imagine that this is not intended to be a "$25 for 5kg ripoff", rather just an option for, say, someone who just HAD to have the plushie but wasn't as interested in the pet.
Personally I'd want the plushie AND the pet for that kind of money, but hey, if you're a plushie maniac and the toy is worth $20 to you, then perhaps looking at it as "the remaining $5 NOT allocated to the plushie for 5kg" isn't as bad.
Just a thought. ^_^

I cried at the beginning of Up. Also, about 10 times during Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.
(As a side note, I spent a good 2 minutes after reading this post wondering why Utgarde Pinnacle would make someone cry.)

Omg yes. I got "Up" for my fiance for Christmas because we rented it and both liked it so much. We rented it because we both kept busting out laughing at that add with the hawkstrider looking thing copying the old man, and then it wound up being this deep movie lol.

I cried while watching UP at the theaters, and also when i was watching it with my 3 yr old niece on DVD, she didn't cry she just looked at me wondering why I was tearing up.
I also cry when running UP if I get into a bad group lol

So tempting to buy the Gryphon.... but I'm trying to cut back on these kind of purchases. So conflicted!
And I admit, I am a grown male who cried like a baby during UP! I thought that was supposed to be a fun kids movie?!
