@Peagie: I know that 25 people can PUG raids these days, but when runs are successful, I never enjoy them more than once. The second time I ran a successful Naxx PuG, I was already a bit bored because I had done all of the encounters before, and that made me more irritable every time someone made even a little mistake. I can't imagine what it would be like to have run it the multiple times once necessary to gear up for Ulduar. As such, no matter whether a run is successful or not, I will likely not enjoy it.@Killik: Heroics are fast, so I can do them without a serious investment of time, which, considering how my schedule is, is a good thing. I just can't invest the hours it takes to beat a raid, which is why I have only been able to do single-encounter raids like Onyxia and Sartharion. Heroics also place less pressure on the player, since the encounters are simpler and there is less to keep track of, whereas I always feel more of that pressure in a raid setting, and while some people thrive on that pressure, I don't.
