That is one thing that WoW is missing. There are characters in the game that came from the novels, and yet if you didn't read any of the novels you wouldn't even know about it. I would like them to write some quests in the game that would lead people to either the novels if they are interested, or explain these popular characters more. And not just the faction leaders.
