Mounts
The Celestial Steed has been added into the game and it looks to be an all around mount that can function is a ground mount in the old world and a flying mount in Outland or Northrend. There are no screenshots of it yet, but my guess is that it's a horse with wings that could double as a constellation. Check out the picture above for an idea.
Tailors also get another Flying Carpet to create. The Frosty Flying Carpet is purely a flying mount. It's only usable in Outland and Northrend (until Cataclysm.) In order to ride it, the tailor needs to have at least 425 tailoring.
Companion Pets
The Celestial Dragon has been added to the game files, but we're not yet sure where it comes from. It certainly looks pretty though. I'd speculate that it could be a seasonal boss drop, or maybe it is the next reward pet after hitting the Lil' Game Hunter achievement (the 100 pet mark, perhaps). Kudos to MMO-Champion for the shot!
Engineers, you may wish to stock up on the mats required to build a Pet Bombling and Lil' Smoky companion pets. Why? They won't be bind on pickup in the next patch.

Lets not forget the ominous pet shop is for all vanity items perhaps this is the first for sale mount.pet combo we'll see? Though in some ways I hope not.

Winter Olympics end in four days. Even if they were to get 3.3.3 out the door next week (not likely), they'd still have completely missed having some sort of Winter Olympics-esque world event at the appropriate time. My guess is that if they were planning on having something for the Olympics, they probably would have had something in 3.3.2.
It's possible that this is more TGC loot, as the last PTR build had a number of things most likely added for that. But with the recent shakeup with the TGC, it's hard to say.
From a lore perspective, the only "celestial" stuff we've dealt with in WoW was Algalon. Maybe they're going to retroactively add this as a reward for defeating him, maybe there's something to come in the Cataclysm Prologue involving the Titans.

I don't think it's for the olympics but I could see them just doing the "Spirit of Competition" event with bgs and stuff even if they miss the games.

And the frosty rug is still tailoring only. Damn it. I was really hoping it'd be something they could sell to others, so the rest of us could have a chance at having an awesome mount(even if the tailors got to keep the awesome version).
Granted, that was a long shot to begin with, but still... Damn it.
And while I'm also a little disappointed at engineers losing the exclusivity of their BoP pets, I'm sure pet collectors are rejoicing, and it gives me another couple things to sell at auction.

So you want the tailor-only mounts available for everyone, but not the engineer-only pets? That's a little unfair.

No. Read the post again.
Yes, I am a *little* disappointed about the pets, it *is* fun having stuff exclusive to a profession provided you're one who has that profession, but as I noted before, over all it's a *good* change(collectors won't be forced to take engineering, even just temporarily, just for two pets, and engineers get more stuff to sell).
As for the tailoring mounts, yes, I'd like to see at least *one* version they could sell, even if it doesn't look as good as the previous ones. For that matter, it'd be cool if I could make a version of the flying machine others could buy, provided that either 1: there's still an engineering exclusive version and the two are visually distinctive, *or* 2: *All* crafted mounts loose their BoP/profession exclusive status.

Oh my god... Celestial Steed.... I don't see how that can be anything other than a horse looking like this constellation thing like this pet or the dagger from Ulduar or Algalon etc.
Damn...... I NEED that thing... Really hope that will be in some way achievable. I don't have to get it but I want to at least have the chance to get it. It better not be another one of those ie. China-Only rewards like the golden pig pet etc.

The news about the Engineer pets couldn't have come at a better time - I have 124 pets now on my main and was just about to drop top-level Alchemy so I could level my Engineering for the pets.
Saved by about 2 days there, as I am in the process of gathering Engineering levelling mats.

I'm really excited about this new Celestial Dragon. I hope so much that it won't be a raid drop, though. I'd love it if it were the 100 pet achievement or the Winter Olympics pet. I know that the Winter Olympics is almost over, but I suppose it could still be from that.
And, the Celestial Steed sounds incredible. I hope, again, that it's not a raid drop, though. I hope that it's something gettable by anyone, whether that means through farming or a quest, etc. But, not everyone can raid, so I'd be a bit bummed if it was a raid drop.
And, as an engineer, I'm not really upset about the pet change. Sure, it makes them a little less unique, but, I want everyone to have a chance at these awesome pets. I just enjoy being an engineer, in general. And, I hope that come Cataclysm, we'll get a new submarine mount! :3

A submarine mount only makes my wishlist for Cataclysm if I get passengers. Even then it's only second on the list.
Number 1?
1 - Engineer only, BoP multi-passenger flying mount. Bonus points if it looks like the flightpath taxi from Fizzcrank Airstrip.

Would be cool if it was the next pet in line for the achievement, I am at 115 pets currently with both the plushies already shipped out to me and no achievement to show it off lol.
