We found out on Tuesday of the
new ability to toggle customized overcloaks that replace the look of your cloak (but leaves the stats intact). As a dwarf priest, I would proudly wear the Ironforge colours of gold and red. But I wouldn't have a problem wearing something else that looks as slick as say the insignias of the Argent Crusade. From a
guild perspective, I think the guild
tabards in game are okay. The problem with tabards? My beard covers it up. I know for other classes and races, the tabard has that "tucked in" look. Many
comments from the overcloak post mentioned overcloaks with guild tabard designs on them. Not a bad idea and that is something I hope we'll get to see.
Now I have to ask, what cloak designs are you looking forward to wearing?

The "u" spelling makes no sense to me. It's pronounced "CUHL-ur", not "cuhl-OR" or w/e.
Then again, I'm just one of them American hicks.

Its not the British spelling, it is the English spelling. Things like honour, valour, armour, colour, favourite, etc... Are only spelled without a U in America. Which is why I would really like Blizzard to allow me to toggle the in game spelling to proper English, 'Merikan is a pet peeve of mine.

Actually Clydtsdk-Rivendare, without a 'U' there would be a major emphasis on the first O sound, just as without a 'U' valour would have a major emphasis on the A. Essentially you are looking at words that ought to be pronounced Cuhl-er and Vahl-er into Cohl-or and Vayl-or.

I think coats would be awesome! I was thinking that cloth and/or leather wearers can have coats of some kind. I think that would be awesome.
As for cloaks, I would love to see some that cover the head like in LOTRO.
