For tank threats, I'd prefer if threat is more of a skill. Maintaining your cycles and such while in the middle of a boss encounter is much more fun than keeping a level of proper hit/expertise rating on your gear. Or getting more gear with better Str. I just hate gemming my tank for "dps" stat.
