#2 Then we're still fighting over gear with warlocks, mages & shadow priests. Or leather/mail caster dps decide to forgo the spirit/hit conversion talent and roll on +hit gear anyway. It won't matter much anyway since they can reforge +hit into spirit.

My preference would be to make all healers wear cloth & increase the +spirit drops. Make them all as squishy as priests.
