I wonder what will happen to enchanters recipes that give stats they are removing. I mean enchant bracers: spellpower etc. Hope they change them into something useful rather than removing them completely.

There are loads of potential problems like that! Many Inscription recipes, Enchanting Recipes, other crafting recipes that act as buffs (like Spellthread in Tailoring) are going to have to be overhauled - preferably not removed as you say.
However, this is Blizzard and I don't think they would have leapt into this saying they are going to redesign the majority of the game if they were going to take the lazy way out and simply delete tricky or somewhat redundant items/spells like these.
Food for thought though!

If you think about the transfer from Healing Power to pure Spell Power, there are already many enchants like this in-game.
For instance, 'Enchant Weapon - Spellpower' and 'Enchant Weapon - Healing Power' are both level 300 recipes, but they now do exactly the same thing, yet they're still in-game.
An interesting point, however, is that Spellpower gives 30+SP and Healing Power gives 29+SP, proves the conversion rates weren't perfect!
I would expect Blizzard to do something similar in this instance.
