WoW.com's Weekly Comic: Byron, the Tauren Rogue!
Welcome to another edition of the WoW.com Weekly Comic -- Byron the Tauren Rogue!
Man, Byron is flirting with danger here. I mean, if 'Danger' is the name of the very large, hairy and angry human farmer, then...well, I mean, he's not exactly flirting either, but....hey, I'm just trying to be dramatic and artistic here.
Hopefully he won't pull that 'out of the frying pan and into the fire' thing, huh? Stay tuned to find out!
Check out the full version right here, and tune in next Tuesday morning for a new page! You can also check out all the previous pages in the gallery below.

@Last Panel
"Moooooooooo" roughly translates to "I've got two tickets to paradise"

Pack your bags, we'll leave tonight.

This one was hillarious.
But I have noticed that Byron is starting to follow the path of manga step by step.
What is with that? Is it because of scheduale of comic or intended?

Coloring (and subsequently shading, lighting effects with the coloring, etc.) do take a lot of time per panel, let alone per comic. As Kelly just got her hand out of a cast, this is most likely a big part of it, but she also wanted to let it progress at a faster pace (since so many people were QQ-ing about that) by feeding us one on Tuesday and one on Thursday, so a compromise was made in that it was now in B&W.

@Tokkar -
I hate to say, but it's only one a week...^_^;
Doing it grayscale lets me put in way more detail, and really take my time to flesh out the world. Sorry to let anyone down!
Tokkar Mar 2nd 2010 3:12PM
Awwwwww....no more Thursday goodness. Oh well. :-)
Oni Stardust Mar 2nd 2010 3:22PM
Kelly, you have nothing to be sorry about and have not let anyone down.
Dreyja Mar 2nd 2010 5:34PM
It's fine Kelly. We're happy w/ whatever format works for you and keeps Byron coming through the interwebs to us. :D

I can't feel let down when I'm enjoying the comic so much.
KJP Mar 2nd 2010 3:46PM
Why do I get the feeling that Byron's going to have at least one "what did I come here to do again?" moment before this is done?
Dreyja Mar 2nd 2010 5:30PM
LOL! Loved the

???? What happin' to mah post?
It was all there when I pressed *add comment* :-( Trying again:

LOL! Loved the /seduce from the cow. ;)
I can't help but get the feeling that somewhere in his childhood, someone should have pointed out that Byron could stealth and steal cookies as a druid?
I mean, we all know that other than hunters, druids are THE ONLY class worth playing. ;-p
It could have saved him a LOT of trouble but then there wouldn't be much of a story. ;)

The expression in the fourth panel is hilarious.
"Bessie. You gone done n' seen any dee-muns?!"
Al Mar 2nd 2010 11:10PM
Him, or Bessie?
She seems just so smug, in my opinion. "Keep walking, genius."
darian Mar 3rd 2010 4:28PM
Him obviously. It's avatar worthy, and pure awesome.
