I dont see what the point of being a tank anymore I like having much more hp than everyone else! IMHO well geared dps are just going to be running around doing wtf they like tanking heroics and slating tanks who dont have 4k dps

Lol, I think tanks will still play a major role in Cataclysm. I don't think they would make changes that would give the option to completely replace a tank. All they want to do is make tanks work harder, which they have said many times and why tanks keep getting nerfed. I completely understand. Look how tanks just steamroll through everything now. Is that how they envisioned tanks? No. They even made a lot of heroics less annoying just because of this, which is lame that they had to do that.

Tanks will still have more HP than other classes, just the gap between us and the squishies will be smaller, so the squishies aren't as likely to get one-shotted if they pull aggro for a couple seconds.
