I'm pretty sure you'll still have the most damage mitigation.. The stamina buff will just make PvP fights last a little longer and hopefully allow healers and other cloth wearers a bit more survivability in boss fights. Tbh, I don't know where you got the idea of equal damage mitigation from... Lol ;)
