Patch 3.3.3 PTR: Celestial steed video

We just received this mouth-gaping footage of the celestial steed mount in action. The model for the mount was uncovered in the latest patch 3.3.3 PTR but as of now no one knows where it will come from or when.
The video shows what looks like an orc warlock flying over Icecrown, then swooping down to the steps of Icecrown Citadel into a gallop. At around 2:30, the steed rears and you can see a small galaxy of particles that have accumulated from the mount idling.
The celestial steed is certainly drool-inducing, and the music in the video adds an extra "oomph" to its beauty. (Or hamminess, depending on how you look at it.)

I would love this mount too. But I expect it either requires 25man raids or some large sum of money. Two things I will never be able to do on a student's schedule. But man, I would grind for months for this mount.

It looks to be pretty much the same model as the hippogryph judging on its actions and the way it flies.

I sense a 'cleansing' quest for the Invincible mount drop, similar to the pre-BC quest for cleansing the corrupted Ashbringer.
Or this could be a drop from Heroic ICC25 off the LK.

The sheer epicness of it probably means it will be the hardest mount to achieve in game....way cooler than invincible IMO

Ugh, I bet it will be something insane like that I will never be able to obtain. I just wish I could get a cool/rare mount somehow. I can't even get the green proto from those dumb eggs, always get rotten egg yolk and pets.

The star effects are amazing. But it seems I'm the only person who thinks the rendering on the model itself needs a *lot* of work, especially following up the incredible sophistication of Invincible's model. The head is too big and the legs are wayyyyy too short.

Yeah I noticed that too. Especially when the mount is walking with its wings folded to the sides it looks deformed. I'm not especially impressed--to me just looks like a transparent pally horse with wings.
Not saying I wouldn't ride it if I had it though :D

The transparency makes the horse body look chubby and the legs way too gimped.
Scale could be made a little larger as well as the horse looked ready to crash under the weight of that fat orc. I wouldn't mind the wings being larger as well.
Just a critical eye to an overall pretty awesome mount.
Still, just the shear brilliance in colors of Al'ar makes it much more eye catching than any of the other epic mounts Blizzard is coming out with, just like the ZG tiger mount standing out.
