Regarding the Tier-10 set — Toravon drops a couple level 264 pieces (legs and hands, I think) in VoA 25, so if you're lucky you can save some emblems and still get the 2-piece bonus.

I'd keep in mind that the T10 legs are the weakest piece of the set. If you have a choice, going for the other pieces is preferable. Of course, depending on what you have, they may well be a decent option.
