For Rookie Tanks (or any Tank really) I'd like to suggest SkullMe, which will automatically set the skull on your current target after n seconds. This has helped me coordinate DPS during Dungeon Finder runs with random folks.http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/skull-me.aspxDESCRIPTION,The purpose of this addon is to simplify marking in heroics or raids. It will automatically mark your target after a set amount of seconds, allowing you to focus on more important stuff than a key binding. It can be used by a tank or a dps. It also supports a basic kill order system, and has a option to create a Deadly Boss Mods timer to show when it will mark.

Although, we have had disastrous outcomes of using this mod. if not set up right (and if dps doesnt know you are using it) and the tank likes to switch targets alot we DPS might just get confused when our kill order keeps changing.Although that was due to a tank that forgot he had it on and had never set up the delay so it was putting up the skull as soon as he would switch targets. He then proceeded to yell at everyone for not killing who he wanted us to kill. lol

I have never had to change the default delay, which I believe is at 5 seconds. Gives me plenty of time to switch targets, gain threat, switch again, etc, until I'm back at my main marked target. Just goes to show the importance of not playing with a mods settings until you know what the consequences will be!@WoW Mods: Thanks for cleaning up my double post, and beg AOL to give you a better commenting system. ;)
