I was thinking about this recently and how much backlash from the elites saying "Noobin up the game again blizz!" but you know what ask Vodka,Ensidia,Paragon,and the other top guilds in the world if ICC wasn't beaten yet would they use the buff to help, I guarantee you they would all say yes, cause they'd say it'd be stupid to pass up a free 5% increase.

another point the world first LK heroic kill had the buff on, they said they could've done it without it, but nevertheless they still used it.
