Couldn't agree more. While I think the buff is a great idea in normal mode, allowing as many people as possible to see the end content of this expansion, I really can't see why they made it available in hard mode.

No-one cares if you beat normal ICC with or without the buff, but hard mode is supposed to be...hard. It's the answer to all the "wow is too easy" whiners, and Blizzard are shooting themselves in the foot here regarding that, imo.
