Except people don't NEED any of that. Hardcore raiders with a lot of cash will drop for the expensive stuff, but Average Joe Heroic relying on dailies and vendor trash will sooner just get a different enchant or a blue gem than drop the several hundred on that Majestic Zircon or Major Stamina.
