Yeah, as onetrueping said, they're both groups from Something Awful. Last time I logged in (I've been neglecting EVE a touch since I got into WoW) my alliance and a group of others had actually toppled the GoonSwarm empire but no doubt they will reform to plague EVE again, just as they do WoW.
