I'm on the same server as The Syndicate and know several members, honestly the guild isn't nearly as good as its hyped up to be. They have hundreds of members and those that I know say that they are basically just a number in the guild, largely members have very little interaction. While its true that they have decent progression, its only for the 2 core raid groups, MANY members have to sit out or pug. So while I would say its a great guild the overall size of it tends to leave alot of people out in the cold while say maybe 50 members actually get to really experience it.
