It may be worth it to lose the 4% Strength bonus from Endless Winter to get the reduced threat from Subversion. Even the 16% would go a long way to aggro control. Also, with the lack of Reaping, you get a bit more from your Blood Strikes with Subversion.

It certainly looks promising. Can't wait to toy with it a bit.
