Instant full heal for Pallys? You mean that 15 minutes cooldown ability that can't be used in Arenas and also cannot be used if you've used Bubble or AW?

Warriors have a Snare, Heal Debuff, Interupts, Gap closers, an AoE Fear and an AoE Daze.
Prot Warriors have a crapload of Stuns, Silences, Interupts and buckets of health.

Even with a Disarmable Bladestorm, your still in a much better position than most class/specs for PvP.
