@Ian: Paradoxically, the attitude you mention is more often seen by people attacking Blizzard than defending them. Any time Blizzard changes anything, these people come out of the woodwork insisting everything was perfect before, has never made any mistakes at all, and the only reason things are changing is because fans are idiots and Blizzard, despite being perfect in all ways, is too stupid to know when to ignore players' complaints.
