Nice placeholder text :P When are we getting the actual notes?
devilsei Mar 15th 2010 3:58PM
Well, the Strength of Wrynn/Warsong mention should be rather obvious, patch 3.3 will be the next update to the buff.
Blood Queen is probably being nerfed.
Glyphs are being nerfed (specially Rogue)
Priest 4p set bonus is getting buffed.
And the blue text is just somethin fancy for us all to read when the patch hits the DLer and we can view the patch notes, most likely something akin to Director Commentary, except instead of Sam Raimi or some other director, its Ghostcrawler, and we don't listen to him, we read his words.

"Priest 4p set bonus is getting buffed."
What was that? I'm sorry I didn't hear you over the noise of that crappy set bonus.

This isn't really a major nerf to blood queen. Previously, when you and 2 other dudes got the pact debuff, you had to run close together and then sit there for a couple of seconds for the debuff to disappear. It was pretty annoying. Now when you run together the debuff will be removed more quickly. Not a big deal.

Still no word on those mounts and pets yet?
I know they are going to be a drop or achievement for something. But a small part of thinks they will be a thing you can buy from the blizz store. (If the mounts are actually being sold on the store, I will say right now it's a bad idea. And I will be buying them as fast as possible. :-/)

How was your holiday then?
josh Mar 15th 2010 4:29PM
you see, when you show the celestial steed along w that headline, you get me (and everyone) excited that maybe we will know how to get that awesome beast of burden. and when you don't write about it, i cry :(
wutsconflag Mar 15th 2010 4:45PM
Oh, good. They fixed the buff for pets. Pet classes rejoice!
Aleve Mar 15th 2010 4:46PM
Serious question: did they forget paladins this patch? Every other class has at least 1 change.
Marolas Mar 15th 2010 4:59PM
Honestly, I wouldn't complain. Paladins seem to be doing quite well at what they do right now, and if Blizzard isn't changing anything for them than it seems that they agree.
Besides, the last thing we need is for anyone there to take a closer look at the paladins and whip out the nerf-bat if they so chose...
Terethall Mar 15th 2010 5:03PM
Do you really want GC to change paladins next patch?
TO THE GROUND, BABY.
Terethall Mar 15th 2010 5:03PM
^ lol, hivemind.
Kuro Mar 15th 2010 5:28PM
*gets out the duct tape*
SHHHH!!! Quiet you.. let 'em just pretend like Paladins don't exist, else they'll find another reason to nerf us.. because people QQ that Paladins are OP in lvl 70BGs or our taunts are better than a warriors... or we're not using the 264 holy libram because ilvl200 is better.
Kragragh Mar 15th 2010 6:01PM
Plenty of these minor patches have no changes for a class or two.
