This Saturday, bring your Death Knight, any level as long as Thrall has welcomed you to the Horde, and let's beat each other up in the Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorn Valley. We'll also have another Mixer beforehand where you can rub elbows with some of the other WoW.com writers.
- When: Saturday, March 20th at 5:30pm EDT (2:30pm PDT, 3:30pm realm time) and the mixer will be at 5pm EDT.
- Where: Meet in front of Orgrimmar, Zangarmarsh U.S.
- Who: Any Horde DK that is free from Arthas or any other level 55 and above Horde character.
- What: After chatting it up with the WoW.com staffers, we will travel to the Gurubashi Arena and participate in some PvP games of my own devising.
Any level is invited to the pre-event mixer for chatting and photo opportunities, but you must be epic-mounted and able to ride through STV unmolested to continue to the main event. That being said, there are likely to be other people joining us for fun and/or griefing. But there is safety in numbers and it should be fun, even with unscripted interruptions.

Gurubashi games... Ah the memories xD
Remember having huge 20 vs 20 PvP games there and all sorts of other games back before BC. Shame that kind of stuff isnt seen as much in todays WoW :/

Mmm, almost makes me wish I hadn't server transferred from Zangar to Velen. I might just have to reroll a DK there and get in on the shenanigans.

Gah! Figures...I'm working. Well, MAYBE working. I'm "on call" in case somebody gets sick or there are a lot of large dogs where they need a second handler.
If I'm not working, I may just show up for the festivities! All you hear in Gurubashi on my server is crickets. The clanging of swords would be a welcome change of ambient sound!

Well, since there's someone running around in Mulgore, Durotar, or wherever using my name, I was forced to alter the spelling a bit.

My best idea yet is heaps of savoury deviate delights and have Pirates vs Ninjas!!!!!

Due to time zone and server time confusion I've missed the last two events. I hope I haven't been gkicked o.o I should check that. I'll have to roll a DK for this!
