A lot of people haven't. I got mine out straight away in Dalaran, near the Violet Citadel, and almost immediately he frostbolted a passing rabbit. It was glorious.

The best bit of L'il K.T. though has to be the cackle on killing blow :) If you get a killing blow on a player, mob, boss... he cackles ^_^
