Turns out that just after the first guy came back with a coconut, the questgiver happened to come into a large supply of Rumsey Rum Black Label, and figured out a way to keep a steady supply of materials coming in for Pina Coladas.

He was hoping someone would eventually get the real one. Heck, you never know, try enough times you might get lucky.

Do you assume it's impossible to get a hatching by killing raptors just because the first few times you tried, it didn't drop?
