So in other words this is "ForteXorcist" ?

Looks that way to me, though I think the config on this looks better.

You know, that's exactly what I thought when I saw it. Seems a bit more intuitive to configure (and doesn't come with all those other timers), but it's pretty much the same thing.

It was absolutely inspired by Forte, but I wrote it because a) I wanted a bar that could do things that Forte couldn't, and b) I wasn't happy with the amount of CPU time that Forte chewed up. It is, of course, up to the user to decide what they like better. :)

Even if it IS just a repurposed forteXorcist, it's worth my checking it out.forte takes way too much memory for what it does (IMO) mainly because I install it, then immediately deactivate probably 90% of its functions since I have no warlocks.Going to be trying it tonight!

But with ForteXorcist you have support for every single class and you can disable the part for class that you are not currently using, you don't have to run the whole addon all the time.

I tried both ForteX and SexyCD and just as the others mentioned, Forte eats a lot of resources compared to SexyCD. I found SexyCD easier to manage and control with the simple blacklist. ForteX does offer a lot of features but I didn't find myself using most of them so it was an easy choice. Each person has his/her own style but I would encourage you to give SexyCD a try :)

Thank you Brian, that's a explanation I can digest. I will try SexyCD tonight.

Yeah, it does appear that way, but I might like this a little better for my shadow priest. I LOVE forte's cooldown bar, and this has that, but I've always wanted to add my dots to that same cooldown bar or perhaps a second bar, and I haven't seen that option in forte if it does exist. This looks like it might be what I'm looking for, so I'll have to try it out.

Well good. I removed Forte because it kept crashing and not working for me...was not easily configurable (to me)...and seemed to be a memory hog...Off to try it...
