Perhaps I read this wrong, but it seems that SexyCooldown only tracks your cooldowns. I've really been looking for an addon that has the same functionality of this addon but tracks opponents cds (in say, arena) so that I know when the rogue is going to kick again, and I know when I am in the clear to heal and when I need to be concerned about fake casting. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be most appreciative.

Correct, it will not track others' cooldowns. However, someone could roll a module to do that pretty easily - SexyCooldown is very extensible as a general-purpose timer framework.
