Is there a DoT timer that tracks debuffs on all enemy targets? Even those that aren't my target/focus?
Specifically, I'm looking for a way to ensure I've put a lacerate (or sunder armor or corruption) on all mobs in a group pull. In the screenshot of the setup page above, I was hoping to see an option that shows 'all my debuffs' without reference to target or focus.

ncDebuffTimer will do that, and is fairly lightweight. Not much in the way of configurabilty, however, as the only options you get without digging through the LUA are anchor position, growth up or down and bar width.

I use DoTimer for that purpose because as a affl. warlock on group pulls I wanna know that every mob is suffering. It's easy to configure and I've gotten so used to it that when I don't have it I feel utterly naked
