If you were leading a raid and gave loot to a guildie and the pug had won the roll, you would be gkicked and blacklisted. We almost gkicked a guildie that wanted a pug kicked so he wouldn't have to roll against him. If you PUG you give up any chance of making sure that a guildie gets loot unless you agree before hand.
