Yes, it's not a ninja. It's just need before greed, or greed before need. A pug raid that is just a one time occurrence is better if all hunters roll. they can give it to the pugger if they feel like it. Removing all the thinking crap and esoteric loot strategies that never work in a pug and making it simpler for everyone is the best process.
