I was wondering that myself. I went to the Champions Hall in SW and the mount vendor is gone (or at least I couldnt find her). I sure hope I'm just missing it somewhere, was counting on those mounts to help towards my 100.

Saw the mount vendor Tuesday night out in front of Champion's Hall on the right side. PVP mounts are now 50,000 honor each.
