Ok, so what does all this mean for those of us who AREN'T sporting the top ICC gear and aren't capped on our crit and ArP values? My rogue is still gearing up from the new heroics and badge gear. I wouldn't even dream of taking her into ICC yet. What do these changes mean for me?

No offense meant to Chase, but this article is useless to all but the best geared rogues. I come to wow.com because the articles usually cater better to the non-hardcore player base. If I wanted to know what impact the patch changes made for the upper tier, I'd go read ElitestJerks.

If you're in heroics, don't Rupture because mobs die too fast.
If you're raiding, use a spreadsheet, because providing an answer for every possible gearset would take ages and not really help anyone. Your spec depends entirely on your gear, and so put it into a spreadsheet and figure it out. Now, I know there's not a 3.3.3 spreadsheet, and what I said was "hang out with whatever you were doing before" because the difference is not huge and you're fine waiting to find out.
