Depends on it for the most people succes is getting alot of gold and good gear and that's it that's why i'm saying we need other content in which we can have fun and mor freedom but also get some good stuff without the hours of raiding. Believe me i want to do something for my gear but raiding is almost the only way. Even raiding feel like a job to be honest.
