WoW gets boring after each "teleport to somewhere" tool. There's a long time we don't need to travel to battlegrounds. Then they launched the "teleport to dungeon" feature (LFD). The world is empty. No one travels anymore to go to instances (and since long time to battlegrounds too).
Blizzard saved us a lot of time with those teleports. But where all the fun from fighting the other faction at the meeting stone go? Where the "surprise effect" of random encounters while traveling go? We all roam at capital cities only. There's no purpose leaving towns.
I really miss WORLD of warcraft as it was before all these teleport stuff.

Darn mages and their ports, or is the wizards that did it?
I got sucked in after launch of WoTLK. Ok, I jumped but whatever. I still enjoy this game so much I broke my tradition of only taking hand-me-down computers and went out and got a new laptop to play WoW on anywhere anytime. Nothing beats seeing everything in High or Ultra effects settings for the first time. It's a hole new game to me seeing the snow in PoS or watching it rain in CoS and finding other little things like that.
/me hugs Blizzard
/me hugs WoW.com for helping me be one step over noob from everyone else.
