LOL had the same thing happen to me the other day. Flight form, Random Dungeon, mount in dungeon, Zone out and Viloa mounted bird! I now make sure I'm in flgiht form going in every heroic just in case... Also, it's funny you run on the ground at flight speed and fly at normal running speed. Fun WOW bugs.
