I hope you at least examine the toon you are vote kicking first. I have a pally who is hanging out in outlands (grinding enchanting mats) but who is allready 70. So to alleviate the boredom of killing blood elves 10 at a time in netherstorm I queue up for random lich king dungeons. Nearly all of the items, green or otherwise, are upgrades for me, so I roll need. I am assuming that your guild runs comprise of level capped folks in raid gear, so I guess I can understand where you are coming from, as none should "need" any of the items that drop as upgrades.
