Choose My Adventure: Who, when and where

I have a question which I don't think anyone can really answer: why did such a huge percentage of you choose shaman for our Editor in Chief? I am just fascinated by how many of you chose that class without seeing the results first. Really, I can't wrap my brain around it.
Also, I would like to thank you voters for keeping it exciting for me all weekend. Mage and rogue were neck and neck at all times, with mage only winning by a few votes by the time the polls closed. And then a technical error allowed votes to be tallied after the polls closed and rogue got more votes overnight. I'm too emotionally invested in Robinemia, the level 1 undead mage to change her to Robinasty the level 1 undead rogue due to some technical shenanigans. Besides, I think we're going to need a taxi later.

This week's Choose My Adventure schedule:
- Michael Gray as Grayfields the tauren hunter: Tuesday, 7:30pm to 9pm EDT and Thursday, 8:30pm to 10pm EDT
- Adam Holisky as Adammentat the tauren druid: Monday and Wednesday, 11pm to 12:30am EDT
- Elizabeth Harper as Faience the troll shaman: Monday and Wednesday, 11pm to 12:30am EDT
- Robin Torres (that's me!) as Robinemia the undead mage: Monday and Wednesday, 11pm to 12:30am EDT
You are all invited to join the guild as long as you play by the rules posted here, which can be summed up with "don't be a funsucker." Our FAQ should answer most of your questions, but if you have any others about the guild or Choose My Adventure, please write them in the comments and I will answer to the best of my ability.

Just wanted to point out there there is actually an entire quest chain in Mulgore that is only available to Tauren. I believe it's the quest chain where you have to gather regents to make totems to cleanse the 3 wells in Mulgore....it's been a while though.

It's a long time since I levelled there as a troll but I believe you can take that chain as any Horde race.

No, you can't. I just went back there on my troll shaman (working towards Loremaster) and I couldn't pick that chain up.

I love being a Shammie healer. I'm not one to try for all the most critcal thing. like spellpower and getting the best gear. That's a whim for me. but I'm all about the Shammie healing. It's the bomb.

The two words I had in mind when suggesting shaman were SHAMANISTIC RAGE, but also, MAELSTROM WEAPON, and furthermore, FERAL SPIRIT. And, sometimes, when no one is looking: CHAIN HEAL.

Eastern Daylight time which is 3 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight time and 2 hours ahead of Mountain Daylight time which is what Zangarmarsh server time is.

It would be really helpful if the times were posted as server time. Some of us outside North America find it difficult to work out when to show up :(

Since server time varies according to server, that wouldn't help much. Zangarmarsh is on mountain time, so subtract 2 hours from the times given in the post for Zangarmarsh time.

What's with the late times?
The earliest is 9:30 pm my time and the others are 1 am.
And is there anything that details a little better what exactly "Choose My Adventure" is?
The oldest post with the tag is the one announcing its return and doesn't explain it any more than this one does.

We are playing during our leisure time. I expect the playtimes to vary week to week and as we get more adventurers, different WoW.com staffers may have times more suited for your schedule.
Choose My Adventure is where we create characters and allow readers to choose what we do with them and, as you saw, sometimes what characters we play.

I was wondering where you lived that you were 2 hours ahead of EDT. I figured maybe you resided one time zone to the west of iceland. (note sarcasm)
