imo, leveling as a shaman is pretty awful until windfury or maybe even dual wielding. once you get there though, and the horrible totem quests are out of the way, it's awesome all the way to 80.

Yeah, the first 40 levels can be painful. 40-60 is pretty decent.

But man, once you're at 60? Dual-wielding, maelstrom-weaponing, spirit wolving whirling death machine. 60-80 as Enhance is a great ride.
