Same here, I have icehud set up to track HfB, energy, CPs, SnD and rupture, although I've been thinking about ditching rupture and/or adding envenom to the bars.

It's fairly unobtrusive, I think I have it set to75% transparency out of combat, 25 in. It really helps to have your most important information right in front of you in simple bars (that flash when you're getting low) so you're not standing in fire while glancing at the other side of your screen to double chck that HfB is still up.

I realized last week how much I've come to rely on it, when 3.3.3 broke it for a day or two and my dps dropped by about 2k without it.
