The Draenei on Draenor were essentially screwed the moment they crashed Oshu'gun. Previously they had always escaped from the Burning Legion using these ships, and they had just lost their only one. They couldn't defeat the full might of the Burning Legion alone, or with the Orcs' help. At that point it was either stay hidden or get wiped out. There's nothing the Orcs could have done, nothing the Draenei could have done. I don't see how this reflects badly on them. It was an impossible situation.
