No. There's a 99% chance that draenei warlocks will never exist. The draenei hate warlock magics so much because of two things. First, the bulk of their race accepted said magics and now have turned into man'ari eredar. Second, after their exile to Draenor, what little population of Draenei that was left, was killed off by the Old Horde, which was given warlock magic by their kin.
So their people were essentially destroyed twice by fel/warlock magics, and I think after that they wouldn't even think to give it a try.
A draenei warlock is the equivalent of... well, I can't really think of anything THAT radical (undead druid/shaman/paladin wouldn't work because I don't think they would be able to wield those powers, but that's another KYL entirely).
While I admit the idea of a draenei warlock would be pretty bad-ass, it's never gonna happen. Draenei are more likely to be druids than warlocks.
