Rossi, please please PLEASE mention that it wasn't the Draenei that crashed the Exodar. It was Kael's blood elves who sabotaged it. I'm tired of correcting people.

Also, the eredar and draenei look sort of similar, but there are a lot of differences. Velen is an example of an original eredar (which I find odd), whereas the playable draenei are, well, examples of a draenei. I think I read somewhere that just as most of the eredar were transformed into man'ari by fel energies and Sargeras' corruption, the other eredar were transformed into draenei by the Light and the Naaru influence. So they aren't really one race anymore, it's kind of like night elves and high elves (though it's not that much of a schism).
