If he was an active member before he will be found out when he is on vent and will be kicked again for not saying who he was. Guess i've been in a really layed back guild. We would never kick a person out of the guild for being gone for 5 days even if they where signed up for raids. But we are not even close to doing the Lich King and most likely never will until we are over geared from Cataclysm.
