By the way, Community Managers do a heck of a lot more than moderating the forums. So for every bit of credit you give him for the amount of passion and time he poured into the forums, he's probably done twice that outside of the forums.It's the things you don't see as the public that are the most challenging tasks for CMs. I've gained a lot of respect for the amount of patience someone in his position has to have to successfully do their job.
