There's some good info here. I'd like to add a few things. PvPing as Holy is extremely difficult. The spec is much more mana intensive and relies heavily on critical hits for crucial manareg abilities. Regen and critical strike rating are considerably lower on PvP gear than PvE gear, destroying the sustainability of the spec in PvP. Do not attempt unless you have access to a Solace or Abacus.Capping spellpen and hit rating are extremely important, even if primarily playing defensively, since fear can be resisted. Martyrdom is generally not taken in a spec because priests who PvP on a serious level expect to have peels from friendly players. Focused Power is fairly important. Mass Dispel forces you to target an area on the ground, greatly increasing the amount of time it takes to get a cast off. In that time, a paladin can easily heal himself back to 60% or higher. Maintaining PW:S, PoM, and Renew when not in combat is expensive. Be aware of your surroundings, and you should only need to do this while drinking. Click off Fear Ward when facing a mage, as good ones will steal it. Fear Ward your shadowfiend if possible. Vampiric Touch is a joke and it is generally a good idea to dispel it, because it does not silence when dispelled (like UA) and does comparatively little damage compared to allowing it to tick for its full duration. If falling behind on cleansing diseases against a DK, you can speed up the process by placing Abolish Disease on yourself and spamming Cure Disease. Breaking Polymorph with SW:D can be done by casting it on any enemy target, not just the mage. Rogues: 1. Reflective Shield 2. 10% Stun Reduction meta gem3. Remember to refresh Inner Fire4. You can juke the interrupt in two ways. 1. Queue up a Penance or Greater Heal and cancel it early. 2. DoT him up, then cast Mind Control. 5. BGs only: Using Mind Vision on a rogue before he enters stealth will allow you to drop him from stealth with an instant-cast spell (usually a DoT). 6. Holy Nova can drop a nearby rogue from stealth. 7. Don't trinket Sap.

PS. Bladestorm: 1. Don't run; he moves just as fast as you do. Warriors can't interrupt you while spinstorming, so feel free to stand and cast. 2. You should not need Pain Suppression to survive skillstorm unless (1) the warrior started brostorming when you were at 50% or lower, or (2) the warrior started blad3strom with an MS and you were 75% or lower.
