I think I'm missing something. I can understand upping cost and making it cast whether it did anything or not. I admit to having a knee jerk reaction to any damage not caused by a swing. I'm now penalized because I'll probably go OOM. That's not enough? Okay so now healing classes have to talent to dispel good and even then, it won't cover all of the bases. It's obvious that Blizz always makes old content easier so we get to the level cap, but to make a class/spec not useful until the level cap? Even then, after their work to make it so we want to bring the player and not the class/spec, they limit healers so that we have to look at the fight and bring the class/spec again? Sure, in Cata, we are dealing with elementals and magic and every healer can deal with that. What about the expansion after that? What about people leveling through current/old content? What about 5 mans where you only have one healer? "Might as well dps so we can get a healer that can do more than heal through damage in any dungeons of this level."My healing sucks because I leveled most of the way to 80 as dps and then tried to pick up healing. In fact, I've gotten rid of second spec on 2 toons because I decided I wanted to learn how to heal close enough to cap (or at) that it was just way stressful. I'm even leveling a new shammy as resto because I decided I wanted a different race and I couldn't heal decently anyways.
