Actually, this UI is fairly easy to fix.Lose the portraits, move the player's and target's bar closer together and move the map to it's default location. Attach a button tray to the map so you get rid of all the buttons Buffs to the left side of the screen.Get rid of the action bar background, move the bars to the middle. Bind your rotation, make the rest of it smaller or fade it out. Attach rarely used skills to OPie rings. Move professions, food, buffs etc to a bar on the right side and fade it out. Make the system buttons small and fade them out too.Fade out Titan Bar aswell.Get Grid or something else of the like, keep it on the right side, so that there's room for omen/recount under it.Move the chat frame to the bottom right part of the screen.Voila, you've got a perfectly functional UI.
